Is Metroplex new to heating and air?
The HVAC side is new. The company is not. Metroplex has been a licensed Oklahoma City electrical contractor since 1973, and we added heating and air conditioning with licensed, trained technicians so one crew could handle both. Same written estimates, same 1-year labor warranty, same phone number.
Do you offer emergency AC and heating service?
Yes. We answer the phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For no-cooling and no-heat calls in the OKC metro we typically have a technician on site within 1 to 2 hours.
Can you handle the electrical work for a new system?
Yes, and that is the point of calling us. A new air conditioner or heat pump needs a dedicated circuit, a disconnect and sometimes a panel upgrade. Our electricians do that on the same visit, under one permit, so you are not coordinating two contractors.
What does an HVAC estimate cost?
Nothing. A technician comes out, looks at the system and the house, and gives you a written estimate with the price spelled out. There is no obligation and no pressure to decide on the spot.
What warranty comes with HVAC work?
