How fast can you get here in an emergency?
We answer the phone around the clock. For urgent electrical or HVAC problems in the OKC metro we typically have a technician on site within 1 to 2 hours.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Yes. Metroplex is a licensed Oklahoma electrical contractor (#96161) with full liability and workers' compensation coverage. Every electrician and HVAC technician on our team is trained, background checked and carries the required state and local certifications.
Do you offer free estimates?
We do, on every project. A technician visits your home or building, looks at the job in person and walks you through a written estimate with transparent pricing. No obligation.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
All of our work is backed by a 1-year labor warranty, on top of the manufacturer warranties that come with the equipment and materials we install.
