Data & Communication Cabling

Structured cabling, pulled clean and tested.

Cat6, fiber and coax for Oklahoma City offices, clinics, shops and warehouses. Planned runs, labeled ends, tested terminations and a rack you can actually work in.

How we help

Clean installations. Reliable terminations. Full rack and closet setup.

A network is only as good as the cable behind the wall. We treat low-voltage with the same care we give a breaker panel: planned, labeled, tested and left tidy.

Clean installations

Runs are planned before they're pulled. Cable is supported, bundled and kept away from power where it belongs, with every drop labeled at both ends so the next person can find it.

Reliable terminations

Every jack, patch panel and fiber cassette is terminated to spec and tested before we leave. You get the results, not a promise.

Full rack and closet setup

Racks, patch panels, switches and routers mounted and dressed with room to grow. Closets set up so adding a drop next year doesn't mean undoing this year's work.

What we offer

From the first pull to the last patch cord.

We run cable the way we wire buildings: in a planned, labeled, tidy way. Paths are mapped with you before the job starts, bundles are supported properly and every end carries a label that matches the drawing we hand you at the end.

Every termination gets tested, not sampled. Racks and closets are built with future access in mind, so the system is easy to maintain and easy to expand when the business grows.

Power and data, one crew

When you build out, we run both.

Most buildouts need two trades in the same walls at the same time: one for power, one for data. With Metroplex you get one crew that does both. The circuits, the drops, the rack power and the closet cooling all land on one plan.

That means one schedule for your general contractor, one set of permits and one phone number when something changes. It also means the people pulling your Cat6 are licensed electricians who know how to keep it clear of the power they just installed.

  • Dedicated circuits and UPS power for racks and closets
  • Rough-in for data alongside the electrical on new construction
  • Lighting, outlets and data drops on one tenant improvement scope

How a cabling job goes

Planned first, pulled once.

Four steps, whether it's a dozen drops in a dental office or a full closet rebuild in a warehouse. You always know what's happening and what it costs.

  1. Walk the space, count the drops

We visit the building, map every drop, closet and pathway with you and hand you a written estimate. No obligation.

  2. Plan the runs and the schedule

Cable paths, rack layout and labeling scheme are set before anyone pulls a foot of cable. We work around your hours if the space is occupied.

  3. Pull, terminate, label

Runs are supported and bundled, every jack and patch panel is terminated to spec and labeled at both ends. The space is left clean.

  4. Test and hand over

Every termination is tested before we leave. You get the results and a labeled map of the system for whoever maintains it next.

Cabling questions

Things businesses ask us.

Should we use Cat6 or fiber?

For most office runs under 100 meters, Cat6 is the right call. It carries gigabit speeds, powers devices like cameras and access points, and costs less to terminate. Fiber makes sense for runs between buildings or floors, backbone links between closets, and areas with heavy electrical interference. We look at the layout and recommend one, or a mix of both.

Do you test every cable?

Yes. Every termination is tested before we leave the building, and the results go in your handover documents along with the labeling map. If your project requires formal certification reports, tell us when we scope the job so we can include it in the estimate.

Can you work after hours?

Yes. A lot of cabling happens in occupied offices, clinics and stores, so we regularly schedule nights and weekends. Tell us the hours that work for your business and we'll plan the pull around them.

Do you do new construction and buildouts?

We do. On new builds and tenant improvements we rough in the data pathways at the same time as the electrical, so the conduit, boxes and backing are in the walls before drywall. One crew, one schedule and one point of contact for the general contractor.
